We’re a small team of coffee enthusiasts, roasting the coffees we love to share with people who care. Our goal is simple: slow down Canadian coffee culture, and make space for what matters most; the coffee, the company, and the moment.
Another great coffee from Ricardo Zelaya. Deliciously syrupy sweet espresso and a full bodied exciting filter coffee. We never regret working with a honey process coffee. If you want to try something fun, grab a bag of our Rosa espresso and you now have the same coffee but two methods of green processing.

About Honey Process
Honey processed coffee is made by removing the coffee cherry skin but leaving some of the sticky fruit mucilage on the bean as it dries, allowing sweetness and fruit notes to develop naturally without fully washing or fermenting the seed.
